Under a ₹28‑crore advertising contract, the Mohali civic authority has erected 40 new advertising structures, comprising unipoles, gantries and billboards, at various spots across the city. The work was carried out in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
The installation aims to expand the city's outdoor advertising infrastructure and provide additional spaces for commercial promotions.
Mohali’s mayor has asked the concerned department to submit a detailed report on the execution of the project, so that the implementation can be reviewed for compliance with the contract and municipal guidelines.
