Man in sari rides bike as 'bride' in Ujjain village stunt, police intervene

Two youths in Chirola village, Ujjain, staged a surprise wedding act with one dressed as a bride on a bike, but villagers intervened and handed them over to police.
In Chirola village of Ujjain district, Madhya Pradesh, two young men attempted an unusual wedding surprise. One of them donned a traditional sari and sat on a motorcycle, portraying a bride, while his friend rode the bike as the groom. The pair intended to present the scene as a wedding procession.
Local residents grew suspicious of the unconventional display and approached the duo. After confirming the stunt, villagers detained both youths and handed them over to the nearest police station for further action.
Authorities have taken the matter into custody, noting that while no criminal intent was reported, the act caused public disturbance and warranted police involvement.
