Madhya Pradesh Faces Heavy Rainfall; 15 Districts Warned of Extreme Precipitation

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy to extremely heavy rainfall alert for 15 districts in Madhya Pradesh, citing a surge in monsoon activity. Over the past 36 hours, rainfall has touched more than 35 districts across the state, marking a significant uptick in precipitation levels. The alert, which covers the next four days, warns of potential flooding, landslides, and disruptions to transport and agriculture.
