Speaking at a rally in Narsinghpur, CM Mohan Yadav said Rahul Gandhi’s push for power shows restlessness and urged the Congress to examine its own record before blaming the Election Commission.
During a public programme in Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav addressed a gathering and directed his remarks at the opposition Congress party. He highlighted what he described as Rahul Gandhi’s restless pursuit of power, suggesting that the party’s actions reflect a broader sense of impatience with the current political climate.
Yadav cautioned the Congress that before levelling accusations against the Election Commission, it should first scrutinise its own historical conduct and electoral track record. He implied that the party’s past controversies should be taken into account when questioning the credibility of the electoral body.
The remarks came without any immediate response from Congress representatives present at the event. Political analysts noted that the CM’s statements are part of a larger narrative aimed at discrediting the opposition ahead of upcoming electoral contests in the state.
