Following protests by local traders, the Anand Mela scheduled during Navratri in Maheshwar will stay at its original venue, as MLA Rajkumar Mew advocated before Collector Guru Prasad.

During the meeting, MLA Rajkumar Mew voiced the concerns of the merchants and urged Collector Guru Prasad to retain the original site. The collector agreed, and the decision to keep the Anand Mela at its longstanding venue was officially announced.
