An injured man in Ludhiana succumbed on the roadside when the ambulance did not reach him in time, officials said.
According to local reports, an injured person in Ludhiana died on the roadside after the ambulance dispatched to the scene did not arrive in time.
Witnesses said the victim was lying on the pavement when the ambulance was still en route, and he stopped breathing before help could reach him.
