Police in Lucknow have taken into custody five members of the accused’s family in connection with a triple murder, and have partially demolished his residence.
Lucknow police intensified their investigation into a recent triple murder, leading to the arrest of five individuals identified as relatives of the main accused. The arrests were carried out after investigators linked the family members to the crime scene and gathered sufficient evidence for detention.
The law enforcement team also ordered the demolition of a section of the accused’s house, citing the need to preserve forensic evidence and prevent tampering. Bulldozers were deployed to remove the targeted portion, which is expected to be examined by crime‑scene specialists.
Senior police officials confirmed that the operation is part of a broader effort to bring all those involved in the murder case to justice. They added that further inquiries are ongoing and that additional arrests may follow as the probe progresses.
