Khargone police arrested a suspect on Tuesday for the murder of a young man in the town.
During interrogation, the accused revealed that he and three companions had come to the area to steal animal feed.
After a disagreement with the victim over the stolen feed, the four men attacked him with stones and a paving block, resulting in his death.
The suspect was taken into custody and is currently being held for further investigation.
