J&K Police Attach Rs 70 Lakh Property, Search 26 Sites

Jammu & Kashmir police on Thursday attached a property valued at Rs 70 lakh in the state’s capital. The move was part of a broader operation targeting suspected criminal activity. Authorities also carried out searches at 26 sites across the region, seizing evidence linked to the case. The police said the attachment was carried out under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Corruption Act. Investigators are continuing to probe the alleged wrongdoing and will announce further actions once the inquiry concludes.
