Jamia Millia Islamia will resume in‑person teaching on 10 November, marking the end of its recent online‑only period.
Delhi's Jamia Millia Islamia announced that regular classroom sessions will recommence on 10 November, shifting back from the virtual mode that has been in place for several months. The university administration issued a circular to students and faculty, confirming that all departments will follow the same schedule for the restart of offline teaching.
The decision aligns with the broader trend of Indian higher‑education institutions moving back to physical campuses as pandemic restrictions ease. Authorities have indicated that necessary health and safety protocols will be observed, though specific measures were not detailed in the announcement.
Students are expected to report to their respective lecture halls as per the revised timetable, and the university will continue to monitor the situation to ensure a smooth transition.
