The Jabalpur High Court has denied relief to suspended CSP Neha Pachisia and directed a joint hearing of her bail petition along with the CBI investigation case.
The Jabalpur High Court today denied relief to suspended Civil Service Police (CSP) officer Neha Pachisia and ordered a joint hearing of her bail petition with the ongoing CBI investigation.
Pachisia, who has been absent from her post, filed a bail plea seeking to challenge the suspension. The court, however, ruled that no relief would be granted at this stage.
The High Court’s order also mandates that the hearing of Pachisia’s bail petition be conducted simultaneously with the CBI’s investigation case, ensuring that both matters are examined together.
The decision means that Pachisia’s request for bail remains on hold while the court reviews the CBI’s findings in the related case.
