Interstellar Testing Centre Pvt Ltd has been awarded a contract by the BRDC of the Meghalaya government, marking a notable business win for the testing firm.
Interstellar Testing Centre Pvt Ltd announced that it has received an order from the BRDC, the agency of the Meghalaya state government. The contract, details of which were not disclosed, is expected to involve the company's testing and certification services. This engagement underscores the firm’s expanding footprint in the northeastern region of India.
The order reflects Meghalaya's push to enhance quality assurance and regulatory compliance across various sectors. By partnering with a private testing centre, the state aims to leverage specialized expertise without building new infrastructure.
Industry observers note that such collaborations can boost local employment and technology transfer, while providing the testing firm with a platform to showcase its capabilities to other state agencies.
