On Thursday, the Divisional Railway Manager Ashwini Kumar visited Indore Junction to interact with travelers about the station’s hygiene standards.
He asked commuters whether the cleaning was satisfactory and invited comments on facilities such as waiting areas, toilets, and platforms.
Passengers largely praised recent efforts but also pointed out areas needing attention, including more frequent sweeping of platforms and better waste‑disposal bins.
The railway authority said the feedback will be forwarded to the operations team for immediate action and that routine audits will be intensified.
