Inspectors discovered insects contaminating the food being served and observed that vegetarian and non‑vegetarian items were being stored together in the same freezer, a clear breach of food‑handling norms.
Both establishments were found operating without a valid food‑service licence and in premises littered with heavy dirt and waste. The authorities ordered an immediate halt to all operations, seized the contaminated food items and arranged for their destruction.
