The much-anticipated law addressing hit-and-run accidents involving personnel of the Border Security Force (BNS) has yet to come into effect. The legislation, designed to strengthen accountability and deter such incidents, was expected to be implemented soon. However, it remains unimplemented, leaving a gap in legal recourse for victims of BNS-related hit-and-run accidents.
