Indian Shooters Eye World Championship Finals as LA 2028 Olympic Qualifiers Kick Off

Indian shooters are gearing up for the World Championship finals scheduled later this year, with the national federation confirming that the team will field its top athletes. At the same time, the qualification window for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games has opened, and shooters are required to secure quota places through designated international events. Officials said the dual focus aims to maintain competitive momentum, allowing athletes to fine‑tune performance for both the world stage and the Olympic berth hunt. The federation has outlined a preparation schedule that includes domestic trials and overseas camps, but detailed information remains limited.
