Jashandeep Singh, an Indian national, was deported from the United States after authorities charged him with sexually‑motivated coercion. The case was handled by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

Jashandeep Singh, a 32‑year‑old from Punjab, was removed from the United States after U.S. immigration officials concluded that he had engaged in sexually‑motivated coercion while in the country. The deportation was carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following an investigation that linked Singh to a series of alleged coercive encounters. Singh was denied re‑entry into the U.S. and was sent back to India under the country’s removal program.

The case was reported to the Indian Embassy in Washington, where officials confirmed the deportation and stated that they were monitoring the situation. No further legal action has been announced by Indian authorities.

U.S. officials said that the decision was based on evidence that Singh had used sexual advances to manipulate victims into providing services or information. The deportation underscores the U.S. policy of removing foreign nationals who commit sexual offenses while in the country.
