India-U.S. trade deal talks have reached a plateau, according to the Finance Minister. He said that making further demands or concessions will be very difficult.
The Finance Minister observed that negotiations over a prospective India-U.S. trade agreement have stalled, with discussions no longer moving forward.
He noted that any additional demands from either side or further concessions would be extremely difficult to achieve at this stage.
The stall reflects the growing complexity of balancing domestic interests with international commitments in the trade sphere.
