Under the scheme, the department will coordinate with farmer groups across 15 districts, linking roughly 20,000 cultivators who grow a variety of vegetables and ornamental flowers.
A coordinated supply chain will ensure scheduled deliveries to designated markets and temporary stalls near the fair venues, so fresh produce reaches attendees throughout the event.
Officials said the initiative also aims to provide a reliable market for participating growers, potentially boosting their incomes.
