Himachal Pradesh University faculty protest recruitment bill, schedule meeting with Governor

Teachers of Himachal Pradesh University gathered outside the university premises to demonstrate against the recently introduced recruitment bill. The protest was organized by the faculty association, which described the legislation as detrimental to the autonomy of academic appointments.
