The Himachal Pradesh unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed new office-bearers for its Ex-Servicemen and Sports wings. The move is intended to strengthen the party's outreach among veterans and sports enthusiasts.
The state BJP leadership announced the appointments as part of routine organisational restructuring. The Ex-Servicemen cell will focus on engaging with retired defence personnel and their families.\n\nThe Sports cell aims to coordinate with local sports associations, promote fitness activities and encourage youth participation in party programmes.\n\nParty officials said the new leaders will work under the guidance of the state president and help expand the BJP's base in Himachal Pradesh.
