Karnataka’s tourism department has approved a state‑of‑the‑art 3D laser and sound show at the historic Chitradurga stone fort, aiming to draw more visitors.
Karnataka's tourism department has approved a modern 3D laser light and sound show to be staged within the historic stone fort at Chitradurga.
The show will use high‑definition laser projectors and synchronized audio to create a three‑dimensional visual experience that highlights the fort's architecture and history.
Officials say the initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the fort's appeal as a cultural tourism destination and to increase visitor footfall, especially during evenings and festivals.
The attraction is slated to commence soon, with specific timings to be announced by the department.
Authorities expect the high‑tech display to complement existing heritage tours and provide a boost to local businesses.
