Guwahati is set to receive three new hotels as part of a strategic agreement between Adani Airports and IHCL, enhancing the city's hospitality infrastructure.
Guwahati, the capital of Assam, is poised to expand its hospitality sector significantly with the announcement of three new hotels. This development stems from a recent agreement between Adani Airports and the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), a leading hospitality brand in India.
The partnership aims to bolster the city's tourism and business travel infrastructure by introducing high-quality accommodation options. The new properties are expected to align with international standards, catering to both domestic and international visitors.
While specific details regarding the locations and opening dates of these hotels have not been fully disclosed in the initial reports, the move underscores the growing investment in Northeast India's travel and tourism ecosystem. The collaboration between the airport operator and the hotel chain is seen as a strategic step to improve the overall visitor experience in the region.
