Gujarat has announced an additional state subsidy for rooftop solar systems (RTS) up to 2.18 kWp under the PM Surya Ghar scheme.
The Gujarat government has unveiled a new incentive program aimed at encouraging the adoption of rooftop solar power systems. Under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, the state will now provide an additional subsidy for RTS installations up to 2.18 kWp. This move is expected to boost solar energy generation in the state and contribute to the national goal of achieving 450 GW of installed solar capacity by 2030.
