A four‑storey structure in Delhi’s Seemapuri area collapsed on Wednesday, killing three people – including a pregnant woman and her unborn child – and injuring eight, while rescue teams continue operations.
A four‑storey residential building in the Seemapuri neighbourhood of Delhi collapsed on Wednesday, sending debris crashing onto the street below. Emergency services were alerted within minutes and arrived at the scene to assess the damage.
Preliminary reports confirm that three people lost their lives in the collapse, among them a pregnant woman whose unborn child also perished. Eight other residents sustained injuries of varying severity and were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.
