Food Safety Dept Seizes 51 Litres of Ghee from Bhopal Puja Supplier

Food safety officials in Bhopal launched a probe into the quality of ghee used for puja and havan rituals. During the operation, they seized 51 litres of ghee from Anshika Enterprises, a local supplier known for providing ghee to temples and households. Two samples were forwarded to a certified laboratory for detailed testing of purity and contamination levels. Authorities warned that any violation of food safety norms could lead to severe penalties, including fines and revocation of licenses.
