Fake CIA Officer Arrested in Bhiwadi for Extorting Medical Store Owner

Police in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, have arrested a wanted accused for posing as a CIA and Haryana police officer to extort Rs 1 lakh from a medical store owner.
Police in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, have arrested a suspect in a case involving the extortion of Rs 1 lakh from a medical store owner. The accused, identified as Deepak, also known as Hani, had been on the run with a reward of Rs 25,000 attached to his name.
According to police sources, the suspect posed as an official from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Haryana Police to intimidate the victim. He demanded and collected Rs 1 lakh from the medical store operator under the threat of false accusations.
This is not the first arrest in the case. Police had previously apprehended three other individuals involved in the extortion racket. The current arrest marks a significant step in dismantling the group responsible for these fraudulent activities in the region.
The investigation into the case is ongoing, with authorities working to trace any other associates involved in the scheme.
