Former Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has called on voters across the state to cast their ballots in the upcoming Legislative Council elections, stressing the importance of high turnout.
The Maharashtra Legislative Council elections are scheduled to take place in the coming weeks, with voters across the state expected to head to polling stations to elect 47 new members.
In a televised address, former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis urged citizens to exercise their democratic right and vote in large numbers, warning that low turnout could affect the balance of power in the council.
