England Opener Zak Crawley Extends Contract with Kent for One Year

England opener Zak Crawley has agreed to a one‑year contract extension with Kent County Cricket Club, extending his stay in the English domestic game through the 2025 season. The move follows Crawley’s impressive performances for England, where he has been a regular in the opening slot for Test and ODI matches. Kent’s management highlighted Crawley’s experience and leadership as key factors in the decision, noting his ability to mentor younger players in the squad. The extension ensures that Crawley will continue to contribute to Kent’s campaign in the County Championship and domestic one‑day competitions.
