A 24-year-old engineering student from Chennai died after a truck collided with his motorcycle near Takkali in Kanyakumari district.
On a recent day, a tragic road accident occurred near Takkali in Kanyakumari district when a truck collided with a motorcycle, killing a 24-year-old engineering student.
The victim, Siva, was studying at Marine Engineering College in Chennai and was visiting his hometown for a vacation. He was the son of M. Lakshmikanthan and Lalitha from Karangadu Kusalankuzhi. While riding to a place called Azhagiyamandapam on a two-wheeler, a truck coming from the opposite direction in the Manali area struck his motorcycle.
Siva suffered severe injuries and was rushed to Takkali Government Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Takkali police have registered the case and are conducting an investigation.
