Drunk Man Arrested for Murder and Dismemberment in Pune's Pimple Gurav

On Friday, a gruesome homicide unfolded in Pune's Pimple Gurav area when a man, later identified as Pintya alias Vishnu Tanaji Kumbhar, allegedly attacked his friend while under the influence of alcohol. The victim was reportedly killed, his legs were severed, and the limbs were placed in a trash bin before being discarded.

Local police responded to a call from residents who discovered the dismembered parts in the waste container. Investigators quickly linked the crime to the suspect, who was found nearby and taken into custody without resistance. The accused has been formally charged with murder and causing bodily injury.
