As Diwali 2026 approaches, devotees across India are keen to know the best time for Lakshmi‑Ganesha puja to attract wealth and prosperity.
Diwali 2026 is fast approaching, and households across the country are busy with preparations for the festival of lights. Central to these preparations is the Lakshmi‑Ganesha puja, which many believe is the key to inviting prosperity and removing obstacles.
The focus this year is on determining the most auspicious time for the puja. While the traditional practice places the ceremony in the evening, devotees are consulting astrologers and religious scholars to pinpoint a specific window that aligns with favorable planetary positions.
Performing the puja at the right moment is said to enhance its effectiveness, drawing the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha. The ceremony typically involves lighting lamps, offering sweets, and chanting mantras, all aimed at welcoming wealth and success.
Experts advise that the puja should be conducted after the sunset but before the night falls, ensuring that the household’s energy is aligned with the cosmic rhythms. As the date draws nearer, communities are organizing guidance sessions to help families choose the optimal time for their worship.
