The Indian Meteorological Department forecasts clear skies over Delhi for the next few days, with rain likely to return later in the week.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a short‑term forecast indicating that Delhi will experience dry conditions for the next 48 hours. Skies are expected to remain clear with minimal humidity, and no significant rainfall is predicted during this period. Meteorologists attribute the dry spell to a prevailing high‑pressure system over northern India. However, the outlook changes mid‑week as the IMD anticipates a trough moving eastward, bringing showers to the capital by Thursday. Residents are advised to stay prepared for sudden downpours and to keep an eye on updated forecasts.
