In response to the Chief Justice of Punjab's protest, entry and exit gates at 45 Delhi Metro stations, including Rajiv Chowk and Central Secretariat, will remain closed today.

The Delhi Metro Authority has announced that all entry and exit gates at 45 stations will remain closed today in response to the protest by the Chief Justice of Punjab, Abhijeet Dipke, who has travelled from Mumbai to Delhi.

Affected stations include major hubs such as Rajiv Chowk, New Delhi, Central Secretariat, Patel Chowk and Kashmere Gate, along with several other stations across the network.

Commuters are advised to plan alternative routes or use other modes of transport, as the closures are expected to cause significant delays and inconvenience.

Metro officials have stated that the closures are a precautionary measure to ensure safety during the protest and will be lifted once the situation stabilises.
