Delhi HC Defends Jantar Mantar Videography as Law‑and‑Order Measure

He insisted that the cameras are not intended for snooping but for ensuring public safety. The court asked the authorities to clarify the guidelines for regulating protests in line with Supreme Court directives, and the matter was scheduled for a further hearing on Tuesday.
