A cow died after slipping into an uncovered, roughly five‑foot‑deep drain near the Farni area of Chandheadi village in Laldu, Mohali district, Punjab. Residents are urging authorities to cover the drain.
A bovine animal met a fatal accident in the rural hamlet of Chandheadi, located in the Laldu block of Mohali district, Punjab. The animal fell into an open drainage channel that is about five feet deep and remained uncovered at the site near the Farni locality.
