In a shocking incident, a police constable posted in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, became a victim of cybercrime. Constable Vikas Singh Pawaiya's account was debited with 36,000 rupees without his knowledge or consent. The constable was at a hospital with his daughter when he discovered the transaction. The amount was transferred to an UPI ID belonging to one Asadul Ali. The Kotwali police have registered a case and initiated a digital investigation.
