Congress Demands Equal Standing With SP in Uttar Pradesh

The Congress party has made a bold move in Uttar Pradesh, demanding equal status with the Samajwadi Party (SP) in the state's political landscape. This comes as the Congress seeks to strengthen its position ahead of the upcoming state elections. The party's leadership believes that an alliance with the SP should be based on mutual respect and recognition, with both parties having an equal say in decision-making. This demand signals a shift in the Congress's approach, as they aim to assert themselves as a major player in the state's political arena.
