Collector Rakhhi Sahay performed the traditional ghat sthapna ceremony to mark the opening of Navratri celebrations at the Mata Virasini temple in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh.
Umaria, Madhya Pradesh – The Navratri festivities were formally launched today at the Mata Virasini shrine after Collector Rakhhi Sahay arrived at the temple and conducted the ritual ghat sthapna.
