Bangalore – The Cockroach Public Party (CJP) has announced a public demonstration at Freedom Park on Thursday, scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. The gathering is being billed as a “People’s Tribunal” where the party will air its grievances.
The central demand of the protest is the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar, a figure the CJP alleges has failed to meet public expectations. Activists Dipke and Dhruv Rathi are confirmed to take part in the event, adding visibility to the party’s call for accountability.
Following the Bangalore demonstration, the CJP has also slated a similar protest in Delhi on 10 October, signalling a coordinated effort to press its demands at the national capital.
