The Centre for Advocacy and Policy (CAP) in Sikkim met with Area Community Education Committees (ACECs) to discuss strategies for strengthening grassroots organization across the state.
Earlier this week, CAP‑Sikkim organized a meeting with representatives of the Area Community Education Committees (ACECs) to review and enhance the functioning of grassroots networks in the state.
