The plan will fund new residential and commercial projects in key markets such as Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It will cover land acquisition, construction, and infrastructure development.
The company said the expansion will create thousands of jobs and support local economies, aligning with its long‑term growth strategy.
