The Election Commission has set October 23 as the polling date for the Darbhanga graduate and teacher seats of the Bihar Legislative Council. Forty candidates will contest the graduate constituency, while thirteen will vie for the teacher constituency.

Election officials have deployed security personnel and polling staff to ensure a smooth voting process. Voters are urged to cast their ballots before the closing time to avoid congestion at polling stations.
