The Bihar State Government has delayed the 2026 Teacher Eligibility Test to November 22, with admit cards scheduled for release on November 12.
The Bihar Education Department announced that the 2026 Teacher Eligibility Test (TE) will now be held on November 22, 2026, instead of the previously scheduled date. Admit cards for the exam are expected to be released on November 12, 2026.
The postponement provides candidates with additional time to prepare and address any logistical concerns. Candidates who had registered for the earlier date are advised to keep an eye on official notifications for any further updates.
The exam will be conducted in multiple centers across the state, and the updated schedule will be published on the official Bihar TE website. Applicants are encouraged to review the revised timetable and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria.
The Bihar government has stated that the change aims to streamline the examination process and accommodate the needs of a larger applicant pool.
