ATN Secures Canadian TV Rights for NCLGT20 and New Zealand‑India Cricket Clash

Asian Television Network announced that it has secured the exclusive Canadian television rights to air the NCLGT20 tournament alongside the forthcoming New Zealand versus India cricket series. The deal covers live telecasts, highlights and related programming on ATN's suite of channels targeting the South Asian diaspora in Canada.\n\nThe acquisition is expected to bolster ATN's sports portfolio, offering cricket fans in Canada direct access to high‑profile matches that were previously unavailable on domestic broadcasters. By bringing both the NCLGT20 and the New Zealand‑India clash to its platform, ATN aims to capture a growing audience of expatriate viewers who follow Indian and international cricket closely.\n\nATN has not disclosed the financial terms of the agreement, but the network confirmed that the games will be scheduled according to the tournament calendar, with live coverage to be streamed alongside traditional cable broadcasts. The move underscores the increasing demand for cricket content among overseas Indian communities and positions ATN as a key conduit for such programming in North America.
