In the latest Ranji Trophy encounter, Assam held Punjab at bay, ensuring a draw and denying the visitors an outright victory.
The fourth‑innings clash of the 2026‑27 Ranji Trophy saw Assam and Punjab lock horns in a tightly contested battle. Assam, playing on home ground, adopted a cautious approach after Punjab built a solid platform in the first three innings.
