Anti-Corruption Bureau of Jammu & Kashmir to Launch Vigilance Awareness Week on Oct 26

The Anti‑Corruption Bureau of Jammu & Kashmir announced that it will observe Vigilance Awareness Week from October 26. The week‑long programme is intended to educate the public on the dangers of corruption and the mechanisms available to report it. Officials said a series of seminars, workshops and outreach activities will be organised across districts to reach schools, colleges and local communities. The ACB also plans to distribute informational pamphlets and use social media to amplify its anti‑corruption message. By marking the week, the bureau aims to strengthen public participation in vigilance and reinforce the state’s commitment to transparent governance.
