Amit Shah Hails BJP’s Role in Chhattisgarh’s Development and Naxal‑Free Progress

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, addressing a gathering in Chhattisgarh, praised the Bharatiya Janata Party for steering the state’s recent economic expansion. He said the party’s focus on infrastructure, investment promotion and welfare schemes has created a more conducive environment for growth.

Shah also highlighted the marked decline in Naxal‑related violence, attributing the improvement to sustained security operations and development‑focused policies. According to him, the state is now moving towards a Naxal‑free future, allowing citizens to pursue livelihoods without fear.

The minister urged continued cooperation between the central government, state authorities and local communities to maintain the momentum of progress and ensure lasting peace in the region.
