Suman Devi, a teacher at Hanuman Garh school in Ajmer, submitted a fabricated appointment order to the school administration, claiming it authorized her transfer and subsequent release from duties. The document was presented as a legitimate government directive, leading the principal to process her request for relief.
The school principal, suspecting irregularities, lodged a complaint with local police. Upon verification, investigators confirmed that the appointment order was counterfeit. As a result, the education department immediately suspended Suman Devi pending further inquiry.
Police filed a First Information Report (FIR) under sections pertaining to cheating and forgery, accusing the teacher of fraudulently obtaining a job‑free status. The case is now under investigation, and disciplinary action will be decided by the authorities based on the findings.
