Bihar’s agriculture minister joined farmers in Nawabpur, Patna district for Diwali, presenting them with clothing and praising their role in the economy.
Agriculture Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha visited Nawabpur village in Patna district on the occasion of Diwali, taking part in the festivities organised by local farmer groups.
During the event he handed out traditional garments to the attending farmers as a token of appreciation for their hard work.
Addressing the crowd, Sinha highlighted that farmers constitute the backbone of India’s economy and assured that the state government will continue to provide necessary support and resources.
The celebration, coordinated by the district administration, aimed to boost morale among the farming community ahead of the upcoming sowing season.
